    -Define all the zones and present them to the management team.

    -Create map access points and arrangements with security.

    -Create an Accreditation Plan presentation to explain to the management and the JCSA the accreditation
    operational plan.

    -Design the accreditation badge and get approval on it to avoid the designer agency delay.

    -Define all the zones on the map to be clear for all the team to understand the accreditation access process.

    -Build up the accreditation matrix and finalize it with all the departments and share it with the accreditation
    technical department to set it up on the system.

    -Create the daily reports and the minutes of the meeting and share them with the project director and raise the red flag on time if needed.

    -Clean all the printers and did the full maintenance to the printers and send reports to the management with each printer\’s requirements.

    -Build the accreditation BOQ and share it with the management team to avoid any delay from the accreditation department.

    -Print more than 8,500 badges 10 days before the event.

    -Create and print special access to the royal guests.

    -Full control of the high-risk areas (Quarantine International) with the quarantine Doctor by giving him a Design, Badges, Printer, and software to be able to create any badge in less than 5 minutes, to be fully controlled by himself and his team as he requested.

    -Give training to the accreditation team, security, and Ushers on how to use the accreditation system and explain to them the system\’s capabilities, shortages, advantages, and disadvantages.

    -Assign tasks for each member of the team and support them to always do teamwork.

    -Send accreditation links to all the parties who are involved in the event to register their people on the system and set a deadline for them to make sure that the accreditation department has time to revise the data and print the badges.
