Commercial lead for the £10M highways scheme at New Monks Farm (Shoreham by Sea) which includes a new slip road and roundabout from the junction. This is a challenging job and is the legacy left by Buckingham Group entering administration as well as the subcontractor R&W halfway through the project. This has been let on an NEC4 Option E contract with Brighton Football Club and is due to finish in May 2024.

2 years working at Hinkley Point C in Somerset as a Commercial Manager on the client side. This project is a £16 billion construction of a Nuclear Power Station being built by Nuclear New Build (NNB) which forms part of the EDF Group. This is under various forms of NEC3 ranging from Options A, B and C.
Commercial Lead for MJ Church on a £16.8 million NEC3 Option A subcontract where National Grid and Morgan Sindall are removing 23 electrical towers across the Dorset countryside to restore the natural beauty of the area. These cables will then be pulled into 4 no. Trenches each measuring 9.5km in length.

Dec 2012 – Nov 2013 – Site based at Crossness STW working for Thames Water as part of the commercial team on the £220 million upgrade. Main responsibilities were change control and reviewing subcontract packages that the contractor wished to use.
Dec 2013 – Mar 2014 – Lead Quantity Surveyor working within SEESA at the Wimbledon Substation for the £8 million refurbishment of the existing substation responsible for all commercial issues. -
