Project: Pulau Tekong Polder Construction Project – (Boskalis Penta Joint Venture, est value 1.2 Billion)

– Lead Engineer for Special department in spearhead the Cement Bentonite Wall (CBW) development and construction.
– Monitor dredging progress of the clay and sand on site using bucket count against survey result
– Sand capping using split hopper barge, shooter (conveyer belt) and soil pump.
– Monitor the sand movement and sand balance sheet of the entire project.
– Monitor soil improvement works (PVD, Surcharge, CPT) and update against Plan vs. actual progress chart.
– Create / monitor progress reporting chart and highlight critical activity to project
– Ensure project follow as per schedule and update as per site progress
– Interface with all department to gather progress feedback and share schedule target
– Involve in month end progress claim with finance team for monthly claim submission
– Interface with authorities (HDB, MPA, MINDEF, etc) regards to project progress

• Directly supervises (operationally) Project team (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning Project Control, Contract, QHSES, staffing teams).
