• Liaison with project management, logistics, and marine management to ensure safe and efficient operations, assuring work is performed according to the scope of work, meets quality standards, and is completed on time and within budget/schedule.
• Supervising the operations and daily progress of conductor guide/guard installation and managing a team of Company Representatives (Senior Construction Engineer, Senior QA/QC Engineer and Survey QC Representative) onboard, including Contractor\’s diving, ROV, construction, survey, and marine personnel.
• Close-out and verifying all diving and ROV non-conformances

• Provide and involve in day-to-day offshore interface with all onboard staff and contractors. Applies analytical, technical, and industry knowledge, standards and practices to drive continuous improvement. Works closely with Company\’s Project Management Team and Contractor\’s PMT to identify the best solutions, which address risk or issues. Provides constant onsite support to help ensure systems are fully implemented and sustained by the work crews.
