    C-LEANSHIP - Providing tomorrow\'s sustainable underwater services.

    Managing Director

C-leanship was founded in 2011 and is developing a number of Remotely Operated Hull Cleaning Vehicles (ROHCV). These vehicles can perform efficient, fast, gentle, and environmentally friendly underwater cleanings of large vessels, simultaneous with ongoing cargo operations.

Cleaning Centres established along major shipping routes allow ship owners to have frequent hull cleanings planned well in advance or on short notice, and with little or no interruption to their schedules.

The business idea is based on research that proves the positive effect on a vessels fuel economy by keeping a very clean underwater hull. The matter has been investigated by several research institutions globally and it all points in the direction that frequent cleanings has an important effect on fuel consumption.

The technology applied includes underwater technology from world leading underwater specialist SAAB Underwater Systems AB in Sweden and the UK. It also includes features designed and developed by C-leanship.

The company was founded by Mr. Jesper Hoejer, Denmark, and the owners today includes a number of Swedish investors, led by SAAB Ventures AB, Sweden (WWW.SAABGROUP.COM)
