Key Duties
- Assessing and processing building applications, ensuring compliance.
- Conducting site inspections to assess compliance of building approvals.
- Inspection of private swimming pool barriers.
- Assist with internal and external customer service inquiries related to building matters.
- Maintain accurate building records and information systems.
About You
- Advanced Diploma (or actively working towards) qualification in Building Surveying, or an equivalent qualification.
- Level 2 Building Surveying Practitioner or Level 3 Technician.
- Strong communication, problem solving and report writing skills.
- White Card / NPC / C class drivers licence.
