Responsibilites:
- Design and maintain state-of-the-art web and mobile mapping applications.
- Conduct comprehensive geospatial analyses and manage sophisticated data collection efforts to ensure the delivery of precise, data-driven insights.
- Serve as a GIS expert, empowering business lines to utilize cutting-edge GIS technology to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Customize geospatial data presentations across various formats to meet specific business and client needs.
- Actively participate in setting the strategic direction for GIS initiatives and product development within the Australian market.
Performance Objectives
- Champion GIS innovation as part of our strategic expansion in Australia.
- Drive advancements in GIS applications and contribute to transformative data-driven products.
- Deliver expert spatial insights to both internal and external clients, fostering enhanced GIS adoption and proficiency.
- Uphold exceptional standards in managing GIS datasets and applications.
- Advocate for broader GIS utilisation and appreciation across JLL Australia.
Requirements
- Degree in GIS, Computer Science, Geography, Statistics, Property Economics or a related field
- Experience with the ESRI Suite, (ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online in particular)
- Proven track record in delivering effective training sessions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong time management skills, capable of working across multiple projects with competing deadlines.
- Exposure to web development; experience with Python, SQL, and JavaScript are advantageous.
